All Sales Are Final (But We’ve Got You Covered)
Most of our products are made-to-order, and many are personalized just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for most purchases—but we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong.
Note: Because each item is made to order, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll offer:
- A free replacement, or
- Store credit for a future purchase.
Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging

Physical Returns (Only When Requested)
In most cases, we resolve order issues without requiring you to return the item.
However, in rare situations (such as product quality checks or vendor requirements), we may ask for the item to be returned.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., damage or production mistake), we’ll cover the return shipping cost, or waive the return entirely and issue a replacement.
- If the return is due to customer error or preference, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Missing or Lost Orders
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.
Customized Items
Custom products (e.g., signs with names or dates) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrectly made due to our error.
Tip: Double-check all spelling and customization fields before placing your order. Once an item is in production, it can’t be changed.
Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., templates, stencils, digital magazine issues, courses, or summit access) are final sale. Once delivered, these items can’t be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Address Issues or Unclaimed Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
- Unclaimed shipments that are returned may also incur reshipping costs.

How We Fulfill Your Order
Most items in our shop are made-to-order, which means they are crafted specifically for you after your purchase. We work with trusted partners to bring each item to life.
Because we use multiple fulfillment methods, your order may ship in separate packages depending on the items selected.
Where Do Items Ship From?
Our products are primarily printed and shipped from within the United States. Some specialty or handcrafted items (such as metal wall art) may be fulfilled by niche suppliers or fabricators within the U.S. or abroad. If your order includes items from multiple suppliers, they may arrive at different times.
Processing & Production Time
- Orders are sent for production the day payment is confirmed.
- Most items take 5–7 business days to be created and prepared for shipment.
- Once your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info.
If you haven’t received your tracking confirmation after 7 business days, please reach out to us at support@pastryartsmag.com so we can check on your order.
Shipping Timelines & Costs
- Shipping times depend on the destination and method selected at checkout.
- Domestic U.S. shipping typically takes 4–5 business days once your item is created.
- Real-time shipping options and costs are displayed at checkout.
Note: Choosing expedited shipping does not reduce processing time. It only speeds up delivery once the item ships.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally for many products. Available destinations and shipping rates will be shown at checkout.
Please note that delivery times may vary by location, and some countries may charge additional customs or import fees upon delivery.
Reminder for Custom & Specialty Items
Some items—like personalized products, certain wall art, apparel or metal signage—require special handling and may take a little longer to ship. We’ll always keep you updated on timing if your item falls into this category.
