Return & Exchange Policy

We know how important it is to get exactly what you ordered—especially when it’s made just for you! That’s why we take great care with every order placed through the Pastry Arts Magazine Shop. Please read our policy below to know what to expect and how we support you.

All Sales Are Final (But We’ve Got You Covered)

Most of our products are made-to-order, and many are personalized just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for most purchases—but we’re here to make it right if something goes wrong.

Note: Because each item is made to order, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Something Wrong with Your Order?

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll offer:

  • A free replacement, or
  • Store credit for a future purchase.

Claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Your order number

Physical Returns (Only When Requested)

In most cases, we resolve order issues without requiring you to return the item.

However, in rare situations (such as product quality checks or vendor requirements), we may ask for the item to be returned.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., damage or production mistake), we’ll cover the return shipping cost, or waive the return entirely and issue a replacement.
  • If the return is due to customer error or preference, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Returns must be pre-authorized. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Missing or Lost Orders

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement if necessary.

Customized Items

Custom products (e.g., signs with names or dates) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrectly made due to our error.

Tip: Double-check all spelling and customization fields before placing your order. Once an item is in production, it can’t be changed.

Digital Products

All digital products (e.g., templates, stencils, digital magazine issues, courses, or summit access) are final sale. Once delivered, these items can’t be returned, exchanged, or canceled.

Address Issues or Unclaimed Packages

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
  • Unclaimed shipments that are returned may also incur reshipping costs.
